Our registered office is at No.8/19, 1st Floor, 2nd Street, Raghava Reddy Colony, Ashok Nagar, Chennai 600083, Tamil Nadu, India. We have been building joint venture and standalone residential projects across Chennai since 2003.
When this page refers to "we", "us", "our", or "KCee", it means KCee Properties Private Limited. When it refers to "you" or "your", it means the person using our website or interacting with us.

RERA and the Sale Process
KCee Properties registers eligible projects under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority. RERA registration numbers, where applicable, are shared with prospective buyers as part of the formal sales process and are also displayed at our project sites in line with regulatory requirements.
No part of our website constitutes an offer for sale or invitation to purchase. Any actual sale or allotment of a property happens only through a registered sale agreement executed between you and KCee Properties Private Limited, after due diligence, payment of the agreed amounts, and compliance with all legal formalities. Until that agreement is signed and registered, no property has been booked or sold to you, regardless of any conversation, email, or expression of interest exchanged earlier.
Intellectual Property
Everything on our website, including the KCee logo, brand name, project names, photographs, renderings, floor plans, written content, video content, and the design of the site itself, belongs to KCee Properties Private Limited or to the people we have licensed it from. You are welcome to view this content for your personal, non-commercial use.
