Who We Are
KCee Properties Private Limited (CIN: U45202TN2014PTC095456) is a Chennai-based residential property developer. We have been building joint venture and standalone projects across Ashok Nagar, K.K. Nagar, T. Nagar, and other Chennai neighbourhoods since 2003. The company was founded by L. Chandrasekaran, a civil engineer, and Kalpana R Shanmugham, an architect and gold medallist from Anna University. We work with landowners, home buyers, and NRI investors, and we take the privacy of everyone who interacts with us seriously.
When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means KCee Properties Private Limited. When it refers to "you" or "your", it means the person visiting our website or sharing their information with us.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to information we collect through https://kceeproperties.com/ and any other domain we operate (such as kceeproperties.com), through forms on these websites, through email and phone, and through any other channel you use to reach us. Browsing the Site Without Sharing Information
You are welcome to visit our website without telling us anything about yourself. You do not need to register, fill a form, or share your name to read about our projects, leadership team, or completed work.
